The Annual General Meeting of the Church of St. John and St. Philip, The Hague will be held on

Sunday afternoon, 16 May 2021

In accordance with Diocese rules, this AGM will be held via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Zoom details will be provided closer to the meeting.

This announcement is for all members of our congregation. People who are on the electoral roll can participate in the meeting. If you were on the electoral roll last year, you do not have to do anything. If you are not sure, please contact Michel Fortier at directory@stjohn-stphilip.org. If you wish to be added to the electoral roll, you need to submit the following form and return them by 25 April 2021. The electoral roll will be revised and made available two weeks before the AGM.

If any of your contact details (address, email, phone numbers, etc.) have changed in the past couple of years, contact Michel Fortier at directory@stjohn-stphilip.org. Let us know which information you would like to be published in a paper directory to be produced later this year.
