This is an important gathering for all members of the congregation as we reflect on the past year and look ahead to our shared future 

 The Electoral Roll will be available before and after the Sunday services so members can check their details or add their names.

 Please note: you must be on the roll to attend the AGM.

 Election of 4 Church Council Members (3 for 3 years, 1 for 1 year)

 Election of 3 Archdeaconry Synod Representatives (3-year term)

 If the 2026 electoral roll exceeds 150 members, a 4th Synod representative will be needed
