There will be a Deanery Day on Saturday 24th May 2025 for Anglican chaplaincies in the Netherlands. The Deanery Day will be held at our Church, The Church of St. John and St. Philip in The Hague from 10am to 3.30pm. The guest speaker will be the Revd Sarah-Jane King, Chaplain of St. Martha and St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Leuven in Belgium. The theme will be ‘Passing on (and receiving) the Baton’.

The Deanery Day this year is mainly for lay officers (e.g. churchwardens, treasurers, secretaries, archdeaconry representatives, safeguarding officers, environmental officers) and for those who might be interested in becoming lay officers in the future. But it is not just for lay officers, everyone from our chaplaincies is welcome. We look forward a time of worship and fellowship together and to inspiring the next generation of leaders in our chaplaincies.
