Our Annual General meeting will be held on 3 October 2020 at 10:30.

To enable as many people as possible to be present in spite of the present restrictions the AGM will not be held in our own church or hall. We have booked the Christus Triumfatorkerk:

This church seats 90 people with distancing so there will be ample room for us. They have given us a nice discount as we are a ‘sister church’. This is the church where the yearly commemoration of the Bezuidenhout bombing is held as they lost their previous building, as we did, on 3 March 1945. This church can easily be reached by public transport.
IPlease register your intention to attend the AGM by emailing the Church Administrator (ChurchAdministrator@stjohn-stphilip.org) so we can determine where the AGM meeting will be held.
