Sundays are busy and exciting days at church, with a variety of church services and other activities for you to participate in.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild prepares the altar for Holy Communion, tidying up after each service, caring for the church linens, polishing the church silver and brass to keep it shining and bright, preparing the font for baptisms and changing the church hangings to the appropriate colours according to the Christian seasons and feasts.

Audio/Video Team
The Audio/Video Team takes care of sound, video and recording of sermons during the services. Duties range from very easy (operating the projector, so people can follow the service on the screens), to moderately difficult (operating the mixing desk so the music team sounds good!). No prior technical knowledge is necessary and training will be provided for those interested in joining this team.

Bookstall
Once a month, after the 10:30am services, the Bookstall is open in the Church Hall. A range of Christian novels, Bibles, devotionals and other books are available, as well as second-hand books.

Choir Singing

Church Bell Ringing
A Church Bell Ringer has the important task of calling the congregation to worship, which happens before the 10:30am services and the monthly 5:00pm Choral Evensong service.

Creche
The Creche takes care of the youngest church members (6 months to 3 years old), during the 10:30am services. Creche helpers are vetted in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, and two helpers are on duty every week.

Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team serves coffee, tea, and other refreshments after the 10:30am services. Delicious cakes are also on sale.

Junior Church
The Junior Church provides fun and teaching for children (3 to 12 years old), during the 10:30am services. There are two groups: 3 to 6 years old and 7 to 12 years old. Junior Church helpers are vetted in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, and two helpers are on duty every week, for both groups.

Music Team
The music team provides contemporary music for the 10:30am contemporary service and the 5:00pm Wellspring service. Whether you play guitar, piano, or any other instrument, or if you enjoy singing, please consider joining the team. Practice is on Thursday evenings.

Prayer Ministry Team
The Prayer Ministry Team is available to pray for and with you after services. We have a special focus on anointing and prayer ministry on the 4th Sunday of the month at 10:30am, and the 3rd Sunday of the month at 5:00pm.

Readers in Church
Readers in Church are responsible for doing the Bible readings during our services.

Welcome Team
The Welcome Team greets people at the door during the 10:30am service, and makes them feel at home.

Youth
Youth (13 to 18 years old) runs on Sunday morning, during the 10:30am service. They meet together in the youth room, at the back of the Church Hall, for fun, Bible study, and fellowship together.
