As you know, our AGM will take place on

Saturday, 3 October 2020 at 10.30 a.m.

To enable as many people as possible to be present in spite of the present restrictions the AGM will not be held in our own church or hall. We have booked the Christus Triumfatorkerk:

This church seats 90 people with distancing so there will be ample room for us. They have given us a nice discount as we are a ‘sister church’. This is the church where the yearly commemoration of the Bezuidenhout bombing is held as they lost their previous building, as we did, on 3 March 1945. This church can easily be reached by public transport.

Please connect 5 to 10 minutes before the meeting start to be allowed in the meeting.

If you decide to stand for election, please provide the appropriate nomination forms to the Wardens via email or in person. In order to have an orderly and practical meeting, please submit any nominations and matters for “Any Other Business” to the Wardens as early as possible. There will be a last opportunity to submit nomination forms to the Chairman of the AGM, in person, prior to the start of the AGM.
